"Regulation and targeting of androgen receptor nuclear localization in prostate cancer”

I will discuss the roles of androgen receptor (AR) in prostate cancer, the classical and updated models of AR nucleocytoplasmic trafficking in prostate cancer cells, and identification and characterization of two novel AR antagonists.
