“Novel mechanisms and pharmacological targets of tissue fibrosis”

The talk will discuss mechanisms of tissue fibrosis with an emphasis on lung fibrosis. It will feature high-content screening approaches of fibrotic tissue, discussion of potential targets for therapeutic intervention thereof, and detailed characterization of specific targets and pharmacological approaches to modify those.
